Global Warming and Our Melting Consciousness

Part Two -

There are two phrases that explain my stance perfectly. First is the Einstein quote which says…. “Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them”. Then there is the common axiom stating: If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.

My primary point is that the actions we do finally take, need to come from a much higher consciousness level and a much larger view, in order to have the lasting effect we are looking for. Back in the 70’s and 80’s we experienced gas shortages and every one rushed to get smaller cars, put in solar panels and heat with wood, etc. This worked nicely for awhile, until everyone was seduced once again by the marketers, oil men and car companies to spend more and become complacent and dependent.  Our actions will just be another short lived ‘fad’ if we don’t shift to a completely new paradigm.

I briefly touched upon the concepts of manifestation and conscious creation in the first article, which need to be our primary ‘action steps’  and I will elaborate on that here. Many of us have known for quite awhile that “we create our own reality” and have been working with these concepts in our personal lives. This is great and it was a needed step, however, now we need to collectively pull together for our highest good, instead of staying at the small selfish level of this powerful information. 

One of the key points in manifestation is to focus only upon what you want, not to keep focusing on what is wrong.

The tendency in many environmental circles is to try to create change, by painting a horrible picture so that people will get moving. There is a fine line between making folks aware that there is a real issue, and not being swallowed up by the negative picture.  Since physical reality is an out picturing of our beliefs, when we fight with the issues, we are shadow boxing with illusion and just end up making it more real, with the effect of keeping everything cemented in place.

Thoughts proceed things. The consciousness comes first, then it manifests into our physical world. The old ‘mechanical model’ of reality insists that change is difficult and that it will take a very long time.  The message from the Spiritual Masters says this is not true. Actually, we have had to work very hard and very consistently AGAINST our natural laws and tendencies to come to where we are now. It is time to hold a powerful new paradigm in our minds and hearts of a natural world and a human world that work effortlessly together, which is how it would be if ‘the powers that be’ stopped manipulating the world for their own ends. 

The modern world has encouraged us to become alienated from ourselves and our own inner knowing. We have been consistently programmed to go against our true nature. We have been kept busy at the outer most superficial level of life, being told that this is all there is. The superficial level of life is the only place where manipulation actually works and that is why they work so hard to keep everyone at that level. As soon as people move deeper into there own beingness, they are not so fooled by this all pervasive manipulation or belief in the surface level solutions. 

The “Shift of the Ages” is upon us and we need to meet this time with our spiritual maturity, using our understandings to the fullest…. recognizing our Oneness and also recognizing our own power. The power is not ‘out there’ it is ‘in here’ and it is definitely time to exercise our full empowerment by creating very consciously.

As you look upon the external world, it is often difficult to be optimistic.  How can you believe in the power of spirit, when things look so bad? These honest, earnest questions are the fuel that pushes you toward the much needed answers. The answers require that you pull your gaze and attention, away from the external chaos ~ for it is specifically and deliberately designed to keep you believing you are powerless.  However, as you are aware that you… “create your own reality” a little flicker of light and hope begins to dawn. Yes, the full understanding, that consciousness holds the entire key to your freedom, is powerful indeed, and the few in power have known it all along. So, as you implement the spiritual truths… that thought creates, that we are all One, not separate entities, that where you put your attention is what you will see in your world… you can truly see what an important task is here for you. These are very potent times. There are possibilities that were never here before. You no longer have to believe the false premises, ie… that you are all alone and helpless, or that the power lies outside of you. As you understand that your higher consciousness is connected to All That Is, you realize that there is No power so great that you can not change the tide, especially as you remember the ‘Oneness’.  You are powerful … join together with your brothers and sisters in conscious creation and you will witness the miraculous changes you desire, in your world.

We are at a significant crossroad, here on Planet Earth, with much conflicting information and much speculation. The most standard place of agreement, is that time is short and we had better do something soon, in order to ward off impending calamity. The scientists and activists are all scurrying around trying to figure out what we need to do to make the most difference, have the biggest impact, in the shortest amount of time.

It is here where I will interject a different idea into the mix of possible solutions and responses. When I view this from the larger vision, I see the dramatic changes in our ecology as representative of the massive evolutionary changes in humankind.  I believe it is much more about our changing consciousness than our ‘carbon footprint.’ It is usually stated that Global Warming is completely the fault of mankind’s insensitive actions, however, many of us are aware that this time in history has been spoken of as the ‘Shift of the Ages’ and the end of the Mayan Calendar and so on.  We are aware that huge changes are taking place in EVERY area of our world, as our financial institutions are coming down, along with so many other things.  As Gregg Braden speaks about the poles shifting, it appears that Climate Change and Global Warming are definitely another a part of this massive shift. 

I have always felt that the standard view is much too small, not accounting for very large forces and long term cycles.  It appears that something of monumental proportions is in the works, which is calling us to AWAKEN and handle this situation in a BRAND NEW WAY. 

Many who read these articles are on some kind of Spiritual path in their life, and all of us who have studied diligently and listened to the wisdom of the Enlightened Ones have heard that the Universe resides within us. Many of us have heard that the quantum physicists are in agreement with the Sages saying that ‘all is consciousness.’ In fact, the physicists are confirming that there is no ‘out there’ out there. It is actually all within us.  Our consciousness is the all important factor. 

We are each a spark of the Divine Energy, holding the Universe inside of us and our individual and collective consciousness ‘molds the clay’ of the physical world. As our consciousness moves to higher ground, it totally changes the equation.  So here is my slightly different premise from what you will normally hear. 

Many of us know these ideas, but suddenly when it comes to something ‘real’ or ‘important’ our Spiritual knowing gets put off to the side. We revert back to our old limited linear thinking patterns. We decide that we must DO something. Our conditioned programing says that physical action is the only way to change things. Have you ever noticed that all of the physical actions over the millennia have never really changed anything? No real transformation ever takes place, because there is no enlightened consciousness behind the actions.

The crossroad we are facing is this, we have a choice, a very crucial choice. We are on a Planet that can either perish or transform…. we are between the proverbial rock and a hard place. All of the self growth and awareness that has been spreading across the globe for the last 20 years or so, has been preparing us for this very moment. 

Now is the time for us to use our knowledge to the fullest, rather than setting it aside for yet again another failed attempt at band aids and quick fixes. We all know about manifestation and conscious creation, but we need to go far beyond the small ‘me, me me’ version, where we just want to manifest a new car! Time is short, we need to use this knowledge for our collective well being, consciously working together to bring forward a real  transformation.

Within the Oneness Movement, I have heard Bhagavan and Amma ( the central figures) speaking the powerful truth, that a change in consciousness is the only thing that will make the difference.  A very powerful example of this occurred in the villages around Golden City (the home of the Oneness movement.) These villages were experiencing drought and disease and poverty before they were transformed through the energetic ‘Oneness Blessing’ of AmmaBhagavan. Now many of the villagers are enlightened and the weather conditions have completely changed. They now have a rainy season, the land is fertile and the people are happy and very transformed. 

An enlightened consciousness knows that we are each powerful creators and that we can consciously guide the unfolding of a positive outcome, rather than scurrying around in fear, trying to hold back the tide with our finger in the dike.

The message is this, our environment is inside of us and it will transform in positive ways as we transform. Our ‘action’ steps need to be ones that bring us closer and closer to our Divinity, which is where all the power truly lies. I know, deep in my very being, that as we begin moving toward this enlightened consciousness, the ‘external’ world, will transform without effort. The outer world is a reflection of our inner world (with our lower consciousness having created the mess we are in now.) This inner world is where we must put our attention, so that we can have the outer world we all desire. This would certainly be…. a brand new way!

Question for the Guides – It has been said many times by other teachers and wisdom of non-physical beings, that we create our own reality. How can you do so without experiencing so many challenges and setbacks, even when you have a real burning desire for a more abundant life?

You are certainly not alone in this question. It is one thing to understand the words, and quite another to know how to actually implement this knowledge effectively in your life. 

You must dig deeply into your inner core to find the true basis of your ‘Being’, before you will ever be able to create the magic you are looking for. Most people barely know themselves at all, because this world stays almost entirely on the surface level of life. When the mind thinks it ‘already knows’ all of the formulas, it doesn’t see the need to go any further. The surface mind will always deceive you, because it filters out all that it doesn’t wish to deal with. 

The conscious mind is only a tiny portion of your whole ‘Being’.  Most of who you are, lies below the surface, in your unconscious mind as well as your multidimensional aspects. Each ‘Being’ has a purpose in the whole scheme of things and often times the ‘ego ideas’ of the conscious mind, do not coincide with your true purpose. It is only when the physical body, emotions, actions and consciousness are all in alignment with your real purpose, that things will truly open up for you. When your path isn’t opening the way you would like, it is time to look deeper. This is actually what life is all about, finding out who you are at deeper and deeper levels.

These very challenges and setbacks you speak of are the ‘bread-crumbs’ that will lead you back to the origin of where you are in conflict with yourself. You are not aware of the many conflicts inside of you that create these seeming disparities in your life. You have a burning desire for abundance, but you are frozen in your tracks about what actions to take. You try to stay positive on the surface, but this doesn’t mask the fear and confusion on the inside. 

This is what you are doing most of the time. It is all of the unconscious inner conflict that will never create anything but challenges and setbacks. Don’t ever think that you can avoid these challenges or these painful situations, they have to be met head on. When you meet these places of fear, do not sweep them under the rug! It is the huge bump under the rug that you are tripping over most of the time. Avoidance of the real issues that need to be faced, will only prolong the uncomfortable journey. 

Instead, when you take the time to give them a ‘voice’ and hear what they are saying, you can begin to understand where the conflicts really lie. One very potent exercise, is to not only acknowledge the ‘demons’ but actually love and forgive them. Know that these conflicts come from all of the familial and worldly conditioning, and they have very little to do with who you actually are at essence. The ‘real’ You is so grand, it is certainly large enough to have compassion for the ‘little self’, the one that identifies with and has succumbed to, all the rules and regulations of life on this planet.

To truly go all the way from where you are, to where you wish to be, there must be complete harmony and congruity inside of you and outside of you, in your thoughts, emotions and  actions. This kind of inner peace is what everyone is ultimately looking for, and can definitely take some time. All of the formulas imply that it will happen in an instant, this simply isn’t so. You are creating your reality all of the time, so use what you create as a potent messenger of truth. Look

carefully at what you have created, taking full responsibility and you will begin to unravel your personal puzzle sooner, rather than later.

What the Mayan Calendar has to say about…

Finding Spirituality in Chaos

The Mayan Calendar tracks the history–and future–of the evolutionary Plan of Creation, and according to Dr. C. J. Calleman, noted Mayan scholar, the Calendar shows that during the “Fifth Day and Night” (November, 2006 to November, 2008) there will be a noticeable breakdown of our old realities.

He says that this Fifth Cycle is a time of great transition, and as with many transitions, they can be both exciting and challenging, depending on how you look at them.  We have the choice to affirm the new, or wallow in the loss of those old ways.  Clearly, the future overwhelmingly belongs to all who embrace the new.

Even back in 2004 Calleman predicted that there might be a collapse of the International monetary system during the Fifth Cycle, a global event he considered to be just another part of the Cosmic Plan.

It helps to remember that any crisis, whether it’s personal or global, is a good thing, since chaos is the breeding ground for creativity.  Look at what happened during the week of October 5-11, 2008.  The whole world watched as 23 world leaders quickly came together to pound out an economic plan to help stem a possible global monetary collapse. 

I read and saw many newspaper and TV accounts that week that reported these leaders repeatedly using words like “unity,” “coming together” and “unified efforts” over and over again.  This is how things are done in a world of Oneness as opposed to a world of competition and separation.

Anandagiri has also pointed out that, “As we move from a state where we feel disconnected to non-separation, the transformation is going to influence and be reflected in politics, economics, religions, and other social structures worldwide.”

Have you really thought about the fact that 2012 is just a few short years away?  (Count them!!!)  Being so close to the imminent Mayan Calendar’s (and Bhagavan’s) prophesy of the blossoming of the Golden Age, is it any wonder that things are being shaken up a bit?  Calleman reminds us that the processes that seem to break down political dominance and global economies also pave the way to enlightenment.

Trying times prepare us for the next round of external growth.

Breathe, stay centered, be true to yourself, trust and allow.  It’s all a process of Divine Creation that will eventually manifest in our destiny of becoming fully Divine human beings.

Often times, when people hear about great abundance and true wealth, they ask, why would anyone need that much money? How many ‘things’ does anyone need anyway? They feel quite certain that a modest amount of wealth is just fine, and really much more Spiritual. 

This kind of thinking has come about for many reasons, which have been embedded in our culture for a very long time. There are deep seated beliefs that have been planted on this Earth, which stem from the concepts of ‘finite resources’ and a limited world. It also revolves around the standard, secular worship of the selfish ‘small self’. 

The modern world has rarely promoted the idea that those with great resources can go far beyond themselves and their tiny, little, personal needs. They are free to use their over flow in many magnificent ways. It has always been suggested that someone of modest means is somehow more worthy, because it is assumed that since they don’t have much wealth, they are not greedy, selfish or self centered.

Let’s really examine this more closely. When someone is just getting by, or when one is struggling with their financial situation, the truth is that they become VERY self centered, with all their attention on their own intense problems. Most often, all that is thought about, is money and the need for more of it. There is no room to think about how they might contribute to anyone, or anything else. Hmmm…… We see quite clearly that this is not so very Spiritual after all! Actually, lack and scarcity have nothing to do with our Spiritual aspects in any way. How has all of this gotten so backwards? 

You see, the choice we all have, is always between ‘Love and Fear’ and the situation of living without what we need, is always created from fear. This isn’t about condemning anyone, because we’ve all been there! It’s because we are fully entrenched and believing in the ‘small world view’ that insists that there is not enough to go around, and that life demands hard work and suffering, to display our value to the Universe.

My guidance has always stated several things. First and foremost, there is NO nobility in suffering! 
We made suffering into a noble thing, simply because there has been so much of it on this planet, stemming from all of the misunderstandings about how things actually work. Secondly, we must stretch way beyond our ‘small limited self’ with its limited thinking, to ever get where we really want to be…. abundant, joyful, healthy and living a truly grand life. The reason that so many shun the concept of the grand life (or conversely, want the grand life, but can’t get there) stems from the fact that we never get past our ‘small self’.

It is not hard to understand why this seems so difficult to do, as we feel the weight of our superficial world pressing in on us in every moment. The outer world has become so insistent, that the only things of any importance, are all of the superficial aspects and comforts of life. This also reinforces the fact, that you can barely do anything without a lot of money! Yikes!! What a convoluted mess it all has become. What is the solution, what do we do, where do we go, and 
how do we get there?

How on earth do we ever get past this limited, ‘small world view’ to reach our Higher Self and the freedom that lies beyond? Several words sum up what my guidance has given me, which can help bring some understanding to this picture…. choices, alignment, courage, discernment, and the greater good. 

It begins with making CHOICES that are in ALIGNMENT with what is true and right for you, within all aspects of your Being, no matter what else is happening for others. It requires COURAGE to step away from the smallness and mediocrity of the superficial world and dare to be different. All of these actions and ways of being, take true DISCERNMENT to see beyond the smoke and mirrors, to what is really true. Next, your Higher Self asks you to truly go BEYOND YOURSELF and into the ‘GREATER GOOD’. This is speaking about a larger vision than just filling your own personal needs. 

So, how does all of this help us to manifest more money in our lives, you might ask? I’ll put it this way, there is a strange phenomenon that occurs as you step up and fill your ‘bigger shoes’ and as you become the ‘Being’ that you were truly meant to be. The Universe supports our ‘largeness’ not our ‘smallness’ and as we move to Higher Ground, we begin to see all of the lack and limitation fall away. We can feel the wind beneath our wings as we fly higher and think bigger. As we fulfill a larger vision and assist the Greater Good, our own personal needs are more than taken care of and our abundance starts to over flow. We are in alignment with the larger picture, so now we can live the larger life. 

It all has to do with going BEYOND YOURSELF.

Last night when I was tossing and turning, not able to fall asleep, I started to hear my ‘Guides’ speak to me. This is not uncommon, for the quiet night time hours seem to be their favorite time to communicate. I’ve learned to pay attention, because they have wonderful wisdom and insights that are definitely worth the heads up, even if I’m really tired.

They have a delightfully different perspective on daily life that adds humor, vision and practical, useable guidance and understanding. Since they were very aware of the ‘buzz’around the Presidential political race, they used that platform to get my attention.

They gave me this riddle… How are Politics like Pea Soup? I smiled…. what were they up to now? I’m too tired to figure out riddles, I don’t know…. tell me how. I waited a moment, then clearly heard their answer.

Politics and Pea Soup -“They are both dull and thick and lumpy!!” I had to laugh, almost out loud. They continued by stating that they both (Politics and Pea Soup) take a lot of ‘green stuff’ to make them happen, and its all about moving peas around on the plate (or bowl ) in this case. Oh boy… they were on a roll. A little clarification might help here.

In our house, the phrase “moving the peas around on the plate” has always represented the idea that something may ‘look’ like it’s happening, (movement, etc.) but in actuality, nothing really changes at all. All right, now I’m awake, so let’s have a real discussion.

They continued, happy to have my attention and giving me instructions to write an article about this, because they had something important to say that people won’t hear anywhere else. These are basically their words as I remember them…..

“The media is stating that the presidential race is in a dead heat. What does that illustrate? You are witnessing the people of your country splitting right down the middle. One side wants the status quo to remain in tact, resisting change, and the other side wants change, but doesn’t know how it will happen. There are many doubts on both sides as to what is truth and what is fiction, but both are fighting for whatever it is that they believe.”

“Let us bring this closer to home for each individual, so we can shed some light on the real issues and get to the actual ‘causal level’. This division is so utterly classic, it is easy to communicate the understandings. This is the perfect picture of exactly what goes on inside of each person.”

“There is the part of you that resists change with all your might, the part that has complete loyalty to the ingrained ‘programs.’ The loyalty to the ‘separation program’ is so deep, that it is usually never even recognized. Then there is the outer level of the conscious mind, that begins to make choices, acknowledging the desire and need for change and tries to implement these changes on the surface level. The unconscious mind and the conscious mind are in a battle with each other. You get to see this is all playing out on the physical stage called life.”

“Please Notice, we said ‘changes on the surface level’, because this is an important key. The tendency is to diligently try to change things by ‘actions’ on the physical level, such as ‘fighting’ for a certain political candidate.  This comes about because all of your life, you have been trained to believe that it was the physical action, that created the change. Primarily, it has always been believed that the physical level of life was all there was! This is actually backwards and it is crucial to understand this. The reason for this, rests with the confusion of ‘levels’. What is the ‘surface’ level and what is the ‘causal’ level? The regular physical world is actually what we would call the surface or superficial level of life – the ‘effect’. The underlying consciousness (God) or (Source) is exactly that… the ‘Source’ or ‘causal’ level. “

“Why are we talking about this, this way?… because this understanding is what will begin to make the REAL changes that are actually needed on this planet. It will not be the politicians or demonstrations, or laws that will bring mankind to the Golden Age that is desired by many. It will be the transformation of each individual from the inside out, that will make this happen.”

“Many people have come to the understanding within their personal life, that in order to manifest what they want, they must stay focused and in alignment with their intentions. They must bring the ‘old’ or ‘automatic’ negative programing up to consciousness, so that it can be recognized and released. They understand on a very individual level, the concept that they each create their own reality. “

“Yes, this is true, and it remains  true, as you move from your personal concerns into the broader picture. Each must remember to consciously create alignment within themselves and not forget all they have learned as soon as they get hooked by the old beliefs, ie: that you must ‘fight’ to make things the way you want. Here is the translation: … what you resist, persists and fighting will never be a creative force, it is the destructive mode, the backbone of the old separation consciousness.”

“This old style knows full well, that it can keep people in the perpetual loop of going nowhere, while thinking that they are trying to change things for the better. Many well meaning people for millennia have fallen into this trap. Remember, it is only at the superficial level (physical reality) that things can be so negatively manipulated. Why do you think there is so much commotion, this is what those in power want, to keep everyone at the surface level, so no true change will ever happen.”

“The truth of life isn’t fooled by all of the false smoke and mirrors. As each person chooses to consciously stay away from the chaos and consciously chooses to stay firmly at their deeper level… they become a powerful creator. As more and more people join together in conscious intent for true forward movement and positive change, then and only then, will all of you see the fulfillment and forward progress that is desired.”

Welcome to the Wisdom Within Revolution, where we can begin to change the world from the inside out!

Since the vastness of the Universe dwells inside of us (the Kingdom/Queendom lies Within) the changes that need to happen, begin in our very core. We can no longer expect that the external ‘doing’ alone, will accomplish the job.  As we now understand that it is our inner consciousness that creates the world we see, it is imperative that we go to the heart of the matter, rather than staying on the surface level.

This is the place where we all have a special role to play in the grand unfolding of a new paradigm for Humanity and Mother Earth. We realize that instead of it being considered selfish to take the time to develop our inner beingness, it is absolutely essential that we do so!

The external ‘programing’ has been in direct opposition to this quest and will insist that we must put all of our attention on the physical needs and realities of every day life. This will keep us busy from morning ‘til night and effectively keep us from ever operating from our deeper level…. the one that truly makes the difference!

It is in the deep moments of stillness, where we see with clear vision, all that we must let go of, in order to consciously create a world that actually works! The world as it is now is dedicated to the ‘separation’ concept, and that thought system permeates every aspect of human life as it is right now. This very deep underlying concept is woven into the fabric of our cell structure. It is so innately inside of our belief systems that we often don’t even recognize it. We have many deep loyalties

to our defenses and protections and all of our beliefs systems about the way the world works. The Higher parts of ourselves see from a much broader vantage point, steering the way to Higher ground.

The Wisdom Within Revolution is dedicated to opening our eyes, through the guidance of Spirit, to see things as they truly are…. all ONE. Through this higher perspective we can make our own individual ‘course corrections’ and thus begin the massive changes needed in our world, from the inside out.
